You may cancel your subscription to the logo creation services, at any time by providing notice to ETA Best EOOD. If you cancel your subscription, your access to our logo creation tools and resources will continue until the end of the current subscription term, and you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.
If ETA Best EOOD terminates your access to the logo creation service for a violation of any terms and conditions or for any other reason, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.
Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, your account and all associated logo designs or projects will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy. You are responsible for exporting any logo designs or data you wish to retain prior to cancellation or termination of your subscription.
ETA Best EOOD reserves the right to modify or discontinue; any feature or functionality thereof at any time with or without notice to you. If ETA Best EOOD discontinues our logo creation service or a feature or functionality thereof, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.
